What was your motivation to lose weight?
Wanting to feel better and look good.
How much weight did you lose?
The beginning weight was 367lbs and the current weight is 212lbs for a total of 155lbs of fat lost.
What did your eating routine consist of?
Lean poultry, greens, almonds, almond milk with protein powder.
What did you do for exercise?
Strength training, bodybuilding, cardio or whatever my coach has for me for the week.
Did you have any weight-loss surgery?
No weight-loss surgery, but I will be getting skin removal surgery soon.
