What was your motivation to lose weight?
I looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I wasn't in the best of health. I was to embarrassed to start but I was to overweight not too.
How much weight did you lose?
Starting weight: 207.2. Weight Now: 180.7. I have lost 26.5 lbs.
What did your eating routine consist of?
I use the eat wise app to keep up with my eating times. I drink a warm cup of lemon water every morning. No salt, no sugar, and no butter. I eat off a small black saucer. No carbs for dinner. Smaller portions but more meals. I eat every 3 to 4 hours. Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and at least 64 oz of water a day.
What did you do for exercise?
Strength training, bodybuilding, cardio or whatever my coach has for me for the week. Our church had a 1 mile a day challenge and I joined. I started with one mile and got up to 3-4 miles a day. Each month we had a challenge. IT STARTED WITH A MILE! I walk at least 3 to 4 miles a day and 300 jump ropes a day and on Tuesdays I do a 45 minute workout.
Did you have any weight-loss surgery?
No.
